Februar 2012<br /> }}<br /> __NOTOC__<br /> Das Baudenkmal &#039;&#039;&#039;Ostenallee 8-10&#039;&#039;&#039; ist ein zweigeschossiges, neunachsiges, neubarockes Putz- und Backsteingebäude mit vorkragenden, risalitartigen, erhöhten Ecktürmen aus der Zeit um 1900. Das Wohnhaus wurde am 22. Mai 1989 als schützenswertes Baudenkmal in die [[Denkmalliste der Stadt Hamm]] eingetragen.<br /> <br /> == Baubeschreibung ==<br /> Die Fassade des Mehrfamilien-Doppelhauses wird in horizontaler Ebene durch die profilierten Gesimsbänder im Sockel-, Fensterbrüstungs-, Geschossdecken- und Traufbereich gegliedert. Eine Putz-Schnittstein-Gliederung und Rundbogenfenster betonen die Erdgeschoßzone. Im Obergeschoß sind Rechteckfenster mit Rahmung angeordnet, die an den äußeren Fenstern zusätzlich durch Büstenpfeiler und Gebälkträgerinnen verziert sind.
