Es handelt sich um ein großes Fachwerkhaus aus dem 18. und 19. Jahrhundert, das einer Dreiflügelanlage ähnelt. Das zweigeschossige Haus hat helle Putzgefache und vier-vier-zwei unregelmäßige Fensterachsen im Obergeschoss. Es besitzt ein Satteldach mit Pfannendeckung. <br /> <br /> Zu dem Haus, das von der Straße zurückgesetzt liegt, gehört ein Garten, der mit einer Mauer geschlossen ist und deren zwei Einfahrten Pfeiler begrenzten, von denen einer entfernt wurde. <br /> <br /> == Geschichte ==<br /> Die &#039;&#039;&#039;Hausstätte Brüderstraße 70&#039;&#039;&#039; (alt: [[Häuserbuch|Nro 216]]) erwarb vor 1770 [[Bürgermeister|Justizbürgermeister]] [[Heinrich Jakob Hohdahl]]. Beim Tode seiner ersten Frau wurde das Haus mit 800 Reichstalern inventarisiert. Im frühen 19. Jahrhundert ging es auf Oberlandesgerichtsrat Ludwig Regenhertz über, der 1831 als Besitzer ausgewiesen ist. Das gemeinsame [[Grabmal von Rademacher|Grabmal]] seiner ersten Gattin Antoinette Regenhertz geb. von Rademacher († 1828) und seines Schwiegervaters Ludwig von Rademacher († 1827) auf dem [[Ostenfriedhof]] hat sich übrigens erhalten. Seine zweite Gattin Mathilde Regenhertz geb. von Khaynach († 1891) heiratete wiederum in zweiter Ehe 1855 [[Ernst von Vincke]], der von 1845 bis 1856 Landrat des [[Kreis Hamm|Kreises Hamm]] war. Daher ist dieses Haus auch als von Vincke&#039;sches Haus bekannt. Zwischen 1866 und 1886 ist Freifrau Mathilde von Vincke als Besitzerin belegt.<br /> <br /> == Baudenkmaleintrag ==<br /> Der Gebäudekomplex Im Ortskern von Hamm ist städtebaulich wichtig.
